At least it is here in Washington State! I went the other day for the first time since last year and my left calf is feeling it! I guess I never use the outside of my left calf muscle very often and I sure do in snowboarding. Snowboarding is definitely a good leg workout and a lot of fun too. This will be only my 3rd season of snowboarding so I am looking forward to trying out some new mountains in the area this year that I have yet to try!

A couple of years ago I went on a snowboard trip to Big Mountain in Montana... that was a lot of fun!
