When I eat more meals a day, I actually eat a less amount of food. I eat smaller portions because I do not scarf down my food. I feel a lot better about myself because my willpower is a lot stronger as well. When you eat more times a day, you can be more selective in what you eat without feeling like you are missing out because you know you will be eating again soon and can have your other cravings at the next setting... if it's even still there!
