Hi, My name is Nate, and I want to share some information that may help people trying to lose weight and get toned up fast.

Who says the men and women need to train and eat differently to get lean? The truth is that they DON'T. The bottom line is that the best exercises for increasing the metabolism and stimulating the fat burning hormones are the best exercises regardless of gender. The only thing that is going to change is that in general, the females will require fewer calories, and usually use lighter weights than men, but the fact remains that the best training and nutrition strategies apply equally to both genders.

To be honest, one of the main reasons that so many women struggle to make progress is that they aren't training the right way to increase thier metabolic rate and trigger the proper hormonal response from the exercise. The majority of women spend way too much time with monotonous endless cardio routines, and tiny little 3-5 lb weights. This kind of training will get you NOWHERE!

I can show you ladies how to get the most of your workouts, and get results fast.

I am a 28 year old woman who has been working out and playing sports pretty much all of my life. I believe I've been working out the same way a guy would and that's the only way I know how. If were to take it easy and work out like a "girl" I don't think I'd ever see any results.

I guess I'm agreeing with Nate and believe woman should lift weights and exercise to try and build muscle. That's how you can get lean!

I know of a program that is designed for beginner, intermediate, and advance levels of progressions. All of the training and dietary strageties can be used by everybody from teenagers looking to get stronger and leaner, all the way up to overweight grandmoms that simply want to feel and look better.

Even the most out of shape individuals will usually even be able to do most of the advanced exercises, except just lighter weights, and slower movements.

If you can't jump right in with feet running into full blown advanced training routines, simply start to use the dietary strategies to get a head start on losing some of the extra body fat, and then slowly increase your workout intensity until you can work up to all of the advanced exercises.

I hope you don't mind, I put your other topic in the lifting weights section. I also tried to check out your website, but I think there is something wrong with your URL.

Thanks,
Ken

Most women avoid taking up body building for they don’t want to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger. Body Fitness brings you all the information on how by observing the habits, training, and eating patterns of bodybuilders you can work wonders for yourself and jump-start your weight loss program or overcome the training plateau.

The key to any successful diet and exercise program is to burn off the fat while maintaining muscle and density-mass, which is a constant challenge for bodybuilders on diets.

Resistance Stretching: for enhanced strength.
