Here is a 30 minute treadmill interval workout routine if anybody is looking for one!

Warm up for 5 minutes. Start off walking and then increase to a an easy jog.

Intervals:
5 min.at speed 4.5 - 5.5 mph (slow jog)
1 min at speed 5.5 - 6.0 - (run)
2 min at speed 4.5 - 5.5 - (slow jog)
1 min at speed 6.5 - 7.5 - (run)
2 min at speed 4.5 - 5.5 - (slow jog)
1 min at speed 6.8 - 7.8 - (run)
2 min at speed 4.5 - 5.5 - (slow jog)
1 min --- Walk or run as fast as you can
2 min at speed 4.5 - 5.6 - (slow jog)
5 min at speed 3.0 - 4.0 (walk/fast walk)

Thanks! I tried this workout and I liked it. I am going to try to work it in once a week into my workouts.
