Today's Workout - Calorie Blast with 3 Exercises

  • Mountain Climber - Start in plank position (hands and toes on floor, back straight, abs engaged). Bring right knee to chest and tap toe on floor; straighten leg. Repeat with left knee. Do for 3 minutes.

    This exercise can burn off 70 calories
  • Power Jump - Stand with feet 6 inches apart. Squat, then push up, leaping forward and as high as you can. Repeat, jumping to the left, back and to the right. Do 25 rounds.

    This exercise can burn off 80 calories.
  • High March - Extend arms while holding a light weight. March in place, bringing knees up as high as you can for 2 minutes. Rest 1 minute. Do 3 sets.

    This exercise can burn off 40 calories.

We need to return to a time of less complicated food consumption, paying more attention to fruits, vegetables, nuts, lean proteins, and wholesome fats. If you are addicted to processed meals, it would take some "bad habit breaking" to get rid of it. You do not have to eat meat to build muscle, but it's not harmful to consume lean beef, chicken, and fish. In truth, fish has essential fatty acids we cannot do without.
