Today's Workout- Complex Circuit

Warm up with jump rope and stretching

Complete this circuit 2 times
1) Squat with weight x6
2) Lung (each leg) with weight x6
3) Reverse grip pulldown x6
4) Stabiliy ball bench press (using dumbbells) x6
5) Seated row x6

After circuit, choose one of the following:
a) 2 mile run
b) 24 minutes Stair Master, Interval Program
c) 30 minutes bike, interval program
