Today's Workout - Complex Circuit
Do 3 complex circuits. Choose weights that challenge you by the 6th rep.

  1. Back Squat x 6
  2. Power Clean x 6
  3. Lunge (each leg) x 6
  4. Seated Row x 6
  5. Bench Press x 6 at 50-60% of your max
