Today's Workout - Interval training and leg burnout


3 minute warm up jog

3 x 1 minute sprint followed by 1 minute jog

3 x 1 minute sprint followed by 45 second jog

3 x 1 minute sprint followed by 30 second jog

3 x 1 minute sprint followed by 45 second jog

3 x 1 minute sprint followed by 1 minute jog

3 minute cool down jog

3 x 10 squats

3 x 20 lunges (each leg)

3 x 30 calf raises
