Today's Workout - 20 Min Hill Treadmill Workout

Here is the workout:

  • 3 minutes, level 3.0, incline 1
  • 30 seconds, level 3.5, incline 2
  • 30 seconds, level 3.5, incline 4
  • 30 seconds, level 3.5, incline 6
  • 30 seconds, level 3.5, incline 7
  • 1 minute, level 5.0, incline 1
  • 1 minute, level 4.0, incline 1
  • 30 seconds, level 4.5, incline 2
  • 30 seconds, level 4.5, incline 4
  • 30 seconds, level 4.5, incline 6
  • 30 seconds, level 4.5, incline 7
  • 1 minute, level 3.5, incline 1
  • 1 minute, level 6.0, incline 1
  • 1 minute, level 3.5, incline 1
  • 30 seconds, level 5.0, incline 2
  • 30 seconds, level 5.0, incline 4
