Today's Workout - 30 minute home workout

3 x 10 push ups

3 x 25 crunches

3 x 25 pelvic tilts

3 x 25 calf raises

2 minute wall sit

3 x 30 bicep curl with cans of vegetables

3 x 30 overhead tricep extensions w / canned veggies

3 x 15 lateral raises w / canned veggies

15 minute power walk or jog around your neighborhood
