Today's Workout - Recovery workout
- 5 minute warm-up on bike or track (light jog)
- 1 mile lap swim or 20 minutes in pool with flippers and a kick board
- 5 minute cool down backstroke
- 3 x 10 push-ups
- 3 x 50 crunches
- My personal favorite - 10 minutes in sauna or hottub stretching session (make sure to drink plenty of water)
