Today's Workout - Super Circuit

Warm up with 5-10 minutes on a treadmill, bike, stairmaster, or elliptical machine.

Exercise
Chest Press - 1x10-15
Lat Pull downs - 1x10-15

Cardio
2-3 minutes: choose from treadmill, bike, stairmaster, or elliptical machine.

Exercise
Leg Press - 1x10-15
Leg Extensions - 1x10-15

Cardio
2-3 minutes: choose from jump rope, bike or elliptical machine.

Exercise
Seated Rows - 1x10-15
Seated Shoulder Press - 1x10-15

Cardio
2-3 minutes: choose from treadmill or stairmaster.

Exercise
Bicep Curls - 1x10-15
Tricep Push downs - 1x10-15

Cardio
2-3 minutes: choose from jump rope or elliptical machine.
