Today's Workout

  • 3 x 60 seconds wallsit
  • 3 x 45 seconds planks
  • 3 x 15 back extensions
  • 3 x 30 leg lifts
  • 3x 30 sit ups
  • 3 x 30 alternating crunches
  • 30 min run, try and get in 4 miles.
  • Do four of your favorite stretches.
