Warm up on the bike or treadmill for 5 minutes.
Workout
- 3 x 10 dumbbell bench press
- 3 x 10 dumbbell incline press
- 3 x 10 dumbbell shoulder press
- 3 x 20 dumbbell shoulder shrugs
- 3 x 15 dumbbell tricep extensions
- 3 x 10 super set - lateral raise, and front raise
Finish with your cardio choice of treadmill, bike, elliptical, AMT machine, or swim for 20 minutes.
