Today's Workout - Upper Body Dumbbells

Warm up on the bike or treadmill for 5 minutes.

Workout
  • 3 x 10 dumbbell bench press
  • 3 x 10 dumbbell incline press
  • 3 x 10 dumbbell shoulder press
  • 3 x 20 dumbbell shoulder shrugs
  • 3 x 15 dumbbell tricep extensions
  • 3 x 10 super set - lateral raise, and front raise

Finish with your cardio choice of treadmill, bike, elliptical, AMT machine, or swim for 20 minutes.
