Post subject: Daily Workout Challenges

As often as possible, a new workout challenge will be posted in this forum. Each daily workout will be posted as a separate topic, with the date in the subject line.
Challenge yourself to work out everyday. These workouts will give you something to bring to the gym to get you started. Remember to track your progress and challenge your friends to get in better shape too!
Each workout can be modified to fit your fitness level. For example, use heavier weights if you are more advanced or lighter weights if you are just starting out. Also be sure to adjust your speed on runs, etc. depending on what your fitness level is.
