As often as possible, a new workout challenge will be posted in this forum. Each daily workout will be posted as a separate topic, with the date in the subject line.

Challenge yourself to work out everyday. These workouts will give you something to bring to the gym to get you started. Remember to track your progress and challenge your friends to get in better shape too!

Each workout can be modified to fit your fitness level. For example, use heavier weights if you are more advanced or lighter weights if you are just starting out. Also be sure to adjust your speed on runs, etc. depending on what your fitness level is.

Be sure to come back every day to check out the latest posted workout challenge!

Hello,
I am new to this. Please can you tell me about Daily Work Out Challenge! Is this like doing certain time of walking or pull up? or to compete with other?

The workout challenges aren't to compete with others, but more to compete with yourself. They are challenges for you to do each day in hopes to start and continue a healthier life. The challenges are a way to provide you with some exercises to do if you are struggling to find a routine.
