Does anyone drink Green tea as part of their diet? I drink Diet Green tea as a part of my diet. I drink it everyday. I personally love it and only drink Green tea and water. It is suppose to keep you from gaining weight.Since I have been drinking, it I have only lost weight and not gained any back.

I think it does better for weight loss,It has great impact on weight loss and other benefits including cholesterol as well.

You are right and I totally agree with you. and all the benefits you already listed in your posts guys. I wanna add in this discussion that green tea also helps to weight loss. and the research get very good results from green tea about weight loss. The main benefit of drinking green tea is you not get addicted to this tea because it haven't caffeine.

What is the best way to get/make green tea? Bottled? Tea bags? Is there a particular brand you think is best? Thanks.

I just buy green tea from the store. I like Stash brand or Lipton. I like to boil some water and then let me tea bag soak in the water for about 5 minutes and that's it!

Drinking green tea turns out to be really beneficial looking into the positive aspects it has to offer. I think green tea should be made up a part of your regular diet to keep yourself fit and healthy.
