Twenty eight degrees Fahrenheit kettlebell workout.

(Just like to add- it was short and sweet and done after twenty minutes or so on the stationary bike! Was damn cold too...)

You did your workout outside in the freezing weather???

Only the kettlebell part, and that was short. I hid in the shed in between sets to keep my hands warm. That's where the bike is. I say shed, but it's part of my house- there's one door next to the front door of the house, and it goes through the house an comes out near the back door. It's where the coal bunker was, but the freezer's in there now.

No heating, but warmer than outside by several degrees! I was only outside to do the kettlebell workout.

I think you burn extra calories working out in the cold, but you just gotta make sure your body is warmed up before doing so because you don't want to pull any muscles!
