Goals:
Improve overall fitness. This includes endurance abilities, re-learning to swim and participating in a handful of races (5Ks, the Big Climb in March and a triathlon).
Lose weight. Goal one will take care of this, so I'm working on making this a secondary focus.
Workouts:
Week of Jan 26
Monday: One-hour cycling class; 5 minutes of a couple shoulder weight moves and 5 minutes of ab work/a one-minute plank.
Tuesday: 20 minutes on the moonwalker (the grey and yellow elliptical-thing); 20 minutes of weight intervals (including squats. ugh) and 5 minutes of abs. (my hamstrings are SCREAM-ING.)
Wednesday: One-hour cycling class, with no air conditioning (but two bottles of water!). We managed to fog up the windows AND the clock cover.
