Post subject: My Goals...

I have a goal to get rid of my lower back pain so I can workout as hard as I used to. It is frustrating how much back pain can limit what I am able to do! I've been stretching a lot and taking it easy and I just need to keep that up as I can feel my back finally starting to loosen up!
After my back pain goes away, my new goal will be to get back into the shape I was in before my back made me stop working out.
I'm not completely out of shape, but I can definitely feel the difference from where I was at and where I am now. I feel less energetic and I want to get that energy back!
