I run and work out nearly every day but when it comes to big fitness goals I have a hard time staying motivated. I want to run a marathon by next summer as well as complete a triathlon. Any tips for staying motivated?

Always set small goals first and after reaching them make higher goals.
Hitting small goals not only encouraged you but motivates you also. Wish you luck in marathon.

The goal is really good to have motivated, its a day dreaming about your desire body that you need in next weeks or months

Those are some big goals ya got there! That's awesome! The trick is to set realistic short term goals that will eventually get you to your big one, your marathon/triathlon. Without knowing your current fitness level, I can't make any real recommendations about what is "realistic" but some general things would be to run X amount of miles in X amount of time by the end of the month. Keep setting progressive goals and, most importantly, track them. Those little successes can give you a big push.
