For me, to stay consistent with a workout routine, I had to make a list of exercises that I would do for each day of the week. Before I did this, I would go to the gym, do a couple exercises and then leave. Ever since I made a plan of what I would do for each day, I don't leave until I get those exercises done. It may not seem like it would help that much, but it's helped me stay consistent a lot!!! Instead of just looking around and saying, "hmm I maybe I'll do this, maybe I'll do that"... I know exactly what I need to do and it makes it easier to go and get it done!
