Here are some tips of exercise...

• Reduces feelings of depression and anxiety.
• Helps control weight.
• Helps build and maintain healthy bones, muscles, and joints.
• Helps older adults become stronger and better able to move about without falling.
• Promotes psychological well-being.

Thanks dear for sharing the benefits of exercise. Exercise is an important task and no doubt that it has many benefits. It provides freshness and fitness. It is good to circulate blood pressure. I do exercise daily and everyone should do exercise regularly.
