Most gyms have abductor and adductor machine; these help with the inner and outer thigh. Be careful not to overdo on these machines though... walking the next day can be difficult... ease your way into it.

yes I went there.... anyways, the machine that works best for that is the Tricep extension machine and the Dip machine.
Those are four machines that will target muscles you don't commonly use as much in your day-to-day activities.
