Below I have listed some general health and fitness tips that could help your life expectancy.

  1. Eat breakfast daily
  2. Eat vegetables
  3. Avoid processed foods
  4. Take a good vitamin supplement
  5. Minimize saturated fats
  6. Exercise daily
  7. Make sure you maintain a healthy weight for your height
  8. Get enough sleep
  9. Have fun and laugh
  10. Minimize stress
  11. Don't smoke
  12. Don't drink
  13. Don't do drugs
  14. Eat small, frequent meals
  15. Drink lots of water
  16. Play a sport
  17. Do not ignore injuries
  18. Get a yearly physical
  19. Warm up and cool down before and after workouts
  20. Do cardiovascular exercise to keep your heart healthy - Try to get at least 30 minutes of cardio in 5 times a week
