Below I have listed some general health and fitness tips that could help your life expectancy. - Eat breakfast daily
- Eat vegetables
- Avoid processed foods
- Take a good vitamin supplement
- Minimize saturated fats
- Exercise daily
- Make sure you maintain a healthy weight for your height
- Get enough sleep
- Have fun and laugh
- Minimize stress
- Don't smoke
- Don't drink
- Don't do drugs
- Eat small, frequent meals
- Drink lots of water
- Play a sport
- Do not ignore injuries
- Get a yearly physical
- Warm up and cool down before and after workouts
- Do cardiovascular exercise to keep your heart healthy - Try to get at least 30 minutes of cardio in 5 times a week
