hey guys i have made a decision to lose weight! i am going to eat lots of fruits and veggies and chicken and fish and salmon and everything.

I'm just wondering, since i am close to 300 pounds and very obese will i lose weight pretty rapidly? I've been doin some research and it said how bigger people will lose very quick and then just sort of stop after awhile

any advice is great guys I'm excited to make myself healthier.

It depends on how much/how hard you work out and what you eat. Have you ever seen the show The Biggest Loser? If you dedicate about 8 hours a day to working out and counting your calories there is definite potential to lose a lot of weight fast.

Hi fredwinners,
Do take perfect amount of meal after starting diet plan.
Start drinking at-least 10 glass of water daily.
Start exercise or any physical activity to keep your body moving to get better and quick results.

I am wondering why people wanted to lose weight fast. Because fast weight loss has lots of disadvantage. One of them is that many dieters make the mistake of cutting back so quickly on their food intake that they ignore the minimum nutrition requirements that they need to stay healthy. Trying to lose weight too fast is one of the top reasons for this; after all, if cutting back to 1500 calories is good, cutting down to 1000 or less must be better, right?

If you are not receiving the nutrients you need, you will feel lethargic, get sick easily, and be wracked by hunger. Even worse, your fast weight loss plan might backfire; if your body thinks it is starving, it will stubbornly hold on to fat while burning your muscle tone.
