Which do you think would be easier to follow:

Working out 3 days a week for 1-1/2 hours

or

Working out 6 days a week for 20 minutes

(it can be on your own, with a group at home or at a gym)

Working out 3 days a week for a longer period of time would be easier for me because then I'd have 4 days off the rest of the week! Why? What is supposed to be easier to follow?

There is no right or wrong answer... just what is best for you. You want to get on a routine that is easy for you to follow! This is just a question to get you thinking about what is the most realistic for you to stick with.

i work 8 to 6, 5 days a week and i find for me it is best to go everyday for best results. If you get into a pattern you will stay in it.
