I completely agree about the water. It's the simplest way to stay healthy. The more water I drink, the calmer and more energetic I feel. I really think the golden rule of weight loss is simple: eat healthy, exercise, get plenty of sleep and drink as much water as you can. This will keep your body healthy enough to adjust itself to its ideal weight. I find that drinking 3 glasses of water when I wake up in the morning breaks the dehydration and gets me in the mood to drink water all day.

1. Drink water,drink 8-10 full glasses of water a day. …
2. Eat 5 times a day …
3. DO Exersice Daily...
4. Limit Your daily caloric intake to about 1200-1400.
5. You'll probably have to jog, get on an elliptical machine, or do a brisk walk for at least 30 minutes a day
. Do this every day.

Preferring fresh juice over soda, diet soda and tetra juices is wise decision,
Drinking 2 glass of water before every meal prevents you from eating more,
Drinking 10 glass daily will keep your skin glowing,
Watermelon and grapefruit are also great source of water and effective in dropping weight.

Water can fill you up so that you do not each as much. This is not the main reason why you have to have water and weight loss together. It can fill you up, but it does something more important. If you are dehydrated in any way, your body is sending signals for water. Many people mistake this signal for hunger and then they eat. This is why some people eat too much on any given day. Instead of allowing this to happen, drink the recommended amount of water each day.

Well i have some simple tips for weight lose.
1. Try to do walk daily.
2. Eat less but low calories food.
3. Drink more than 10 glass of water in a day.
4. Eat fruits daily.
5. Avoid oily food.
