You can find different versions of yoga classes throughout your community. Some different types of yoga and their descriptions are below, for your convenience.

Chair Yoga
This is a type of Yoga modified in a chair. It helps with flexibility, balance, and relaxation.

Gentle/Hatha Yoga
Gentle Yoga is designed to focus on increasing your flexibility with various stretching methods. Progressive relaxation and breathing techniques are also a focus. It is a beginning yoga class using traditional yoga poses to enhance strength, balance and flexibility.

Hot Yoga
An exhilarating practice done in a heated room to help the muscles stretch safely and detoxify the body through sweating. Regular yoga practice stimulates and balances the endocrine, nervous, immune, and cardiovascular systems.

Fitness Yoga
A combination of Yoga poses to increase strength and flexibility.

Yoga-Lates
A combination of Yoga and Pilates

Yoga Mediation
Provides guiding energy withing your body, breathing control for inward tranquility, relaxation for your life and fortification of different areas in your life.

Thanks for letting us know about spoga. I'm sure there are lots of different types of yoga out there that I haven't listed. If you know of anymore, please share with us! :)
