3 weeks is usually a good time frame... but again work with what works for you... if you're not a morning person but you want to try to see if morning workouts are best for you and within the first week you don't get out of bed... don't wait 2 more weeks to determine mornings aren't good for you!
The goal of this should be which one do you least skip... if you make every exercise appointment during 2 different time slots, then see which one you were able to do the most, feel the best or works best with your schedule!
Consistency is one of the most important accountability tools in being successful in starting workouts. You can block it in your schedule and make it a part of your normal rountine which makes it less likely to be skipped!!!
