To be healthy one should go for workouts and enjoy life because we get life for once.Work out gives freshness and new strength to the body and your whole day will be full of freshness and activeness.

I agree and keep exercise fresh and new... routine is great, it helps keep you on track but if you ever feel like your in a rut or exercise feels too much like work, shake it up a little... try something different! A change might be just what the doctor ordered to get you back on track!
