Walking is one of the best exercises, you should walk at least 10,000 steps per day.

Walking is also good way to recover when you had hard workout yesterday.

hmm interesting.. I think the step counter which is mostly availble on many stores are best for counting the steps. Because it helps to monitor your steps and you try daily to complete your steps. Thanks for sharing this information.

Really walking is one of the best exercise that we can do with taking much stress about weight loss and doing extreme difficult exercises. We must walk for an hour everyday, so that we can be healthy and fit. :)
