Air Conditioning Makes Us Fat??

Yep, it may make us fat.

Think about it, before AC, we had to expend energy, and burn calories to regulate our body temperature. Now it's done for us!!

So, once in a while, turn off the AC, open the windows, and let your body do its job!!

Yeah, it does make sense. This summer, if we have a summer, I will not turn on the air conditioning, so I can sweat off a few pounds naturally. :cap-smile:
