Are You Color Blind?
Here's an interesting fact for ya all!!!

There are more men than women who are color blind. About 1 in 10 men have some form of color blindness, and very few women are color blind.

Some form of color blindness? What forms does it come in? I wonder if that 1 man out of every 10 even knows that he has a form of color blindness??

How do we know we all even see the same colors... what if you have been trained to call this red all of your life and I have been trained to call this red all my life... we both recognize red... however we are seeing totally different colors... and what if color blind people all see shades of one color so it is hard to differentiate red from blue??? This would explain why people have such different taste in art!

I have always wondered similar things, like how do we know we all taste the same, smell the same, or even see the same, like my husband may look one way to me, and he may look another way to you?? :neutral:

This is why women are in charge of making sure our shirts match our pants and our drapes match our couches.

I'm not color blind, but now that I know this little statistic I might pretend I am if I ever find myself in one of those arguments about why I'm so disinterested in picking out plates, furniture, etc. :haha:

I am not color blind... I am just hue diverse... I have a dream, that one day, little orange plates and little purple plates can sit side by side at the dinner table! :peace:
