So what did the doctor do for you? Did the doctor give you any more medication to take or not? Is that what the doctor told you to do, get an air purifier?

No, she just acted like I have to deal with it and she just gave me a few more samples of allergy medicine and some nose spray. She really acted like there was nothing she could do and that really annoyed me. Stupid doctor. She said the only thing there was left to do was get a CT scan to see if there was an infection that she couldn't see, but she said I have none of the symptoms of having an infection. I scheduled that for Friday, but I since canceled the appointment because that was going to cost $200 and she acted like I don't have an infection and it would be a waste of money anyway. So since she was so persistent that I just have allergies I wanted to research things I could do to help it since I am so tired of these symptoms. Air filters are supposed to really clean the air and not only do they help with allergies, but they reduce the amount of dust in your house and remove odors.

Yeah, I have heard of things that people can do who have allergies. The air filter is definitely one of them.

They say to get rid of anything that can collect dust, which is sort of impossible, like curtains, carpets, book shelves, all that extra bedding we have on our beds. Don't they have sheets and pillow cases that help for allergies?

I am sure that the mini blinds we all have are just as bad because they collect a lot of dust too if we aren't cleaning them every other day. ha!! What are we suppose to have on our windows then to keep the peeping Tom from looking in?? (When I was little, living over in Eastern Washington, in Grandview, we had a peeping Tom!! I was sooooo scared).

Anyway, maybe the air filter will collect the dust before it can land on all the stuff in your home. Let us know how that works.

Yeah, hopefully the air filter will help keep things less dusty! I'll let you know how it works.

In the meantime, I have cleaned, dusted, and vacuumed my entire house. It sure was dusty! I never dust and I finally did it. After all that cleaning, maybe I do have allergies afterall... because I am feeling a lot better!

No wonder my friend is having heartburn. We thought it was only because he was skipping meals. Thanks for this informative topic about heartburns.

Does eating chocolate and drinking coffee give you heartburn?

Yup, coffee and chocolate are two food items that can cause heartburn. I read that drinks with high caffeine content will cause more heartburn symptoms.
