Hi everyone! are you always feeling stress? feeling tired and exhausted? Let me share something to you then.. First of all, let me introduce myself. I am 25 years old, teacher of pre-school kids. At times I feel like giving up and thinking of quiting my profession!!! I feel so stressed and very tired..But then again, I can't give up my lovely and naughty students! :) So I just helped myself out. I learned to relax and simply pampered myself.
Rejuvenation and Relaxation are so important in our lives as it helps to keep our stress levels down, and consequently improve our health. Exercising regularly will also help you to de-stress and feel good about ourselves. Moreover, it can also help to protect you from heart disease and stroke, high blood pressure, noninsulin-dependent diabetes, obesity, back pain, osteoporosis, and can improve your mood and help you to better manage stress. However, too much exercise can also make our muscles feel very tired and restless. So, it's important everybody takes at least 15 minutes a day to relax and rejuvenate. You can start by pampering your feet. Why feet? because good health starts from the feet! Proper maintenance and care for our feet will not just help us to relax but also it will be very beneficial to avoid illness or any kind of serious deseases. So, you can do this by having a foot massage atleast 10-15 minutes a day. You can also visit your favorite Spa! You can also consider to go out in the nature and go bare footed! Just feel the nature and you will be surprise that you will feel the inner peace and strength in you! By going out bare footed can help to stimulate vital acupressure on the sole of your foot. Last but not the least is having your own leg massager at home so at anytime at your convenience you can have the massage and relaxation you want! It will help to loosen up muscles, improve blood circulation and flush out toxins from the body. It is always very nice to feel pampered without really doing a lot. Personally, I can recommend uSqueez Warm (leg massager)from OSIM. It is a wise buy. Relaxation is a very good way to deal with stress. I think it is important to take some time out for yourself each day to be able to relax and get back on track.

Thanks for your ideas on how to do that!

I was just reading an article about stress, called Burned Out...Has stress pushed you into the danger zone? Too much work? Too little control? No recognition or rewards? It asks Who's Most At Risk? The article said

Definitely you must take time out for yourself. It's a must!!! We need to "keep" all the good teachers we have!!

Well most like sometimes I'm always stress out at work what I needed is some kind of relaxation for example just go out of town relax see the nature. Or sometimes when you are at home sit on a comfortable chair with an electric fan breezing up into your body will feel you very relaxed.

That sounds wonderful... going on an out of town trip and enjoying the countryside view :star: ... or on a hot day, the fan breezing up into your body if you can't afford an out of town trip.
