Oh, that does make a big difference, I think all casinos allow smoking in certain areas of the casino.

I think there's some fogginess to the way that works. I believe the way it basically works is that Native Americans are exempt from certain things like taxes and possession of controlled substances, but US law still applies to US citizens while on the casinos grounds.

I have a buddy who some years ago was walking around a Seminole casino with a joint in his ear and was either given a ticket or arrested (can't remember which) for possession by the local Sheriff.
