For example: "I want to lose weight." How? What steps are you going to take to accomplish this? Make the steps your resolution... not "to lose weight". Make it an action not a concept!
"I'm going to work out more." What is more? Get specific... is it realistic and sustainable? Do you have a set schedule as to when you work out... are you going to work out more each month, each day, each week? What exactly are you going to do to work out more? Join a new class, get a trainer, schedule in a new work out? Get as specific as possible!
As far as the time goes, I will help with this if you want me to. If you would like to add your own personal resolution to the post below I will revisit it in 3 months to check on progress and see if your holding yourself accountable to your resolutions... I will also randomly add a comment to it, just to bring it up every now and then to remind you about it... Any takers
