Post subject: Non stop headache

I've had this non stop heading going on for almost 2 and a half months now. I've been to the doctor 4 times already and tried acupuncture yesterday and still no relief. I was treated for a sinus infection and put on 2 different sets of antibiotics. When that didn't help, a different doctor diagnosed me with a tension headache and gave me some migraine/tension headache medicine. When that medicine didn't work, she then prescribed me with some muscle relaxers. Nothing works! I've since then seen the doctor and she still says she thinks it is a tension headache but then hasn't given me anything else to try for the pain. She says I can refer myself to the chiropractor, physical therapist, or acupuncture. So I gave acupuncture a try yesterday and I don't really feel like that did much. Maybe I need to get a couple treatments of acupuncture before it starts to feel better? It is getting really frustrating. No pain killers give me any relief from the headaches.
The headache feels mostly like pressure in my head and the location ranges from the front in my head all the way to the back of my head. My shoulders and neck area do feel tense and tight, but nothing I do helps the headache.
I'm just wondering if anybody else has experienced chronic headaches and have any tips to help me out?
