It strengthens your heart and lungs,

It is great to deal joint or muscular problems,
It’s a great low impact exercise,
It increased energy levels.
It is great exercise to increase acrobatic capacity,
It makes heart strong,
It prevents from obesity, joint problem and heart problems,
It makes hips, shoulders, arms and back muscles strong.

Swimming is considered to be the best exercise for all kinds of work outs. But Unfortunately we don't have enough swimming pools in the area to accommodate all the public. So most of the people don't get a chance to learn how to swim entire their life.

One of the most best benefits of the swimming is weight loss and weight management.
Because 30 min of swimming can burn more than 300 calories.
