Now that I think about it, I think I saw a guy wearing those Vibram Five Finger shoes in the gym. I found myself staring at them and watching the guy workout in them. I've never seen those shoes before so I naturally thought they were some kind of swim shoe. I kept thinking how is this guy doing squats in these swim shoes? Now that I look at the shoes on their website, they do look interesting, but I just can't over how silly it looks with each toe sticking out individually!

They are very good shoes for lifting. I always squat and deadlift wearing my Allstars as they have a flat sole. Same with doing my kettlebell workouts.

How weird, I actually saw that article on barefoot running floating around my work a couple days ago... what a small world we live in!
