Dr. Oz says the best source for fiber come from beans and bran.
Dr. Oz is also talking about Calcium and how we need about 1200 mg a day. He says getting enough Calcium can help get rid of fat because the Calcium soaks it up. But Calcium by itself can make you constipated so you are supposed to have it with about 800 mg of Magnesium.
I like watching Dr. Oz. That is about the only time that I watch the Oprah show... is when he is on. I find him very informative!
