These challenges are designed to give you some added motivation. Some of us work better with a little structure or a little competition. In these challenges you will be given tasks to be completed within the week... Week 1's task must be completed in week 1... Week 3's task in week 3. You can always do more but you must do the week's task for that week; no jumping ahead and no making up for missed activities. If you miss the activities for a week, you must start over from the beginning!!!
You must login that you completed your activities once a week; no adding everything in all in week 5 that you completed week 1-4. You have a one week grace period to log your progress.
These challenges are designed to provide a little entertainment while working out. You are on the honor system here so please don't cheat... you will only be cheating yourself.
My idea for the challenges are to get you to engage in workouts with others in your area so if you have a co-worker, relative or friend please invite them to participate in the challenges with you!
How to begin:
To begin add a new topic under The 12 Week Challenge with your name and starting date. When updating just click on your name then post a reply of your week's activity. It is as easy as that!
