Are you stressed out a lot of the time and is that affecting your lifestyle? Are you looking to gain some more relaxation in your life rather than stress? If so, try including some of these foods and tips into your diet.
- Foods rich in Vitamin B and folic acid such as bananas, avocados, dark/leafy green vegetables, fish, and chicken.
- Eat a low fat diet rich in carbohydrates (potatoes, sweet potatoes, apples, beans, grapes, carrots, corn), proteins (white meats - duck, chicken, turkey), and fish.
- Eat foods high in fiber
- Drink 8-10 glass of water per day
- Lemon Balm tea can help sooth and de-stress a frayed nervous system.
