  • Regular exercise - Regular exercise can relieve stress, increase sense of well-being, increase metabolism, burn fat and calories, tone muscles, clean blood of toxins, and improve sleep.
  • Laugh and smile everyday.
  • Get sufficient sleep.
  • Forgive and forget.
  • Make sure to drink lots of water!
