Ken - Week 2

Monday - Woke up 7am ate at 7:20am banana and cereal with no milk
Tuesday - Denny's free grand slam... I stood in line 20 minutes after I got up, ate an hour and 15 minutes after waking up... does that count?

Grrrr... I blew it again!!!

Here's to next week... maybe I'll make it a whole week before someone wins... I just forget or don't have enough time and am not hungry!

Now then, whatever happened to this thread, I wonder?

I was thinking about it the other day, and remembered it this morning and did a little search for it.

Personally, it's only at weekends when this tends to go wrong for me.

Monday to Friday, I eat a bowl of cereal and a poached egg on wholemeal bread, every day within 20-25 minutes of getting up, all washed down with coffee and a glass of OJ. This is at about 5.30 in the morning- this lot will keep me going at work until ten or so, though there's usually another small carton of OJ and a pint of milk down the hatch in between!

Weekends, I usually eat breakfast. This morning it was a couple of rounds of toast with peanut butter. It'll probably be the same tomorrow. Occasionally, if I've had a late night and get up closer to lunchtime (which isn't that often, my early starts in the week mean I wake up fairly early, no matter what time I get to bed...) then I'll skip breakfast in order not to be too full for lunch, which for me is always around midday- 1pm or so. I never let it shift much.

I have the same problem... Weekdays, I do great. Weekends when I don't get out of bed early enough I think to myself, It's only a couple hours until lunch. I do notice on those mornings I have less energy too. I have always thought to myself that I had less energy because I slept too much; maybe it is because I didn't eat in the morning.
