Regular frozen yogurt is almost fat free, as it has negligible traces of fats and saturated fat. Premium frozen yogurt is a bit higher in the fat content. Frozen yogurt is beneficial for the health, as well as it tastes great.

Apart from the proteins, carb and sugar content, frozen yogurt is even a good source of calcium. Therefore, regular and sufficient consumption of frozen yogurt helps in maintaining the bone density and prevents osteoporosis. It is also a good source of thiamine, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, riboflavin, potassium etc.

Frozen yogurt is beneficial for the lactose intolerant people. This is because the lactobacillus bacteria help in digesting the lactose content in dairy products.

The human body consists of certain bacteria that help in the proper digestion of food. Consuming frozen yogurt helps in maintaining and replenishing these bacteria and therefore contributes in strengthening the digestive system.

Moreover, frozen yogurt also helps in lowering the cholesterol levels and also helps strengthening the immune system.

Depends what your definition on what a small serving is...

From my experience, 6 ounces of yogurt typically has between 100 and 200 calories.
