Pumpkin Seeds
Pumpkin seeds are rich in magnesium that helps lower blood pressure and reduces your risk for heart attacks or stroke.

I have had pumpkin seeds before and they aren't that bad. Kinda crunchy. Sorta like sunflower seeds, but not as salty.

I remember growing up my mother seemed to always have pumpkin seeds and she would get mad when my brother and I would eat too many of them.

They're not as easy to get out of the shell as say, sunflower seeds or roasted peanuts are. I just eat them shell and all like I do with roasted peanuts. They're pretty good.

Why would your mom get mad? They're good for you! :)

I've only had the kind with the shells already off, so those are easy to eat. :)

Because we'd eat most of them and she would barely get any. :P
