Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries

I read on the internet that strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries are good for your heart, can lower your blood pressure and raise your HDL (good) cholesterol.

Berries, fresh or frozen, are a highly concentrated source of polyphenols, disease-fighting antioxidants also found in red wind, grapes, chocolate, and nuts.

So... be good to your body and treat yourself to a cup of berries a day.

I have heard that blueberries are especially good for you and are high in antioxidants. Blueberries are one of the top rating berries for being highest in their capacity to destroy free radicals. Blueberries have been shown in numerous studies to improve nighttime visual acuity and promote quicker adjustment to darkness.
