Anti-Aging Checklist
There are certain foods you can eat that can help peel years off of your body and make you feel better and be healthier. Dr. Oz from the Oprah show provided this food list:

  • Antioxidants (5 servings a day) – antioxidants are found in brightly colored foods like blueberries, sweet potatoes, broccoli, tomatoes, and acai
  • Green and white tea (4 cups a day)
  • Red wine or Concord grape juice (1 glass a day)
  • Fiber (25 grams a day) – Fiber can be found in fruits, vegetables, beans, brown rice, whole wheat pasta, 100% whole grain bread and chia
  • Omega 3 fatty acids – these can be found in roasted or ground flax seeds, walnuts, hemp, and salmon.
  • Olive oil (1 to 2 tablespoons a day)

In addition to these foods listed above, you also need to make sure you get your heart rate up through exercise 3 times a week and do strength training at least 30 minutes a week.
