The reason I ask is because I have found that by the time I get home from work it is either too late to start cooking or I am to lazy to want to cook... but in the morning I don't mind doing it.

I have cooked a pot roast with potatoes, carrots and onions and it worked fabulously. I want to know as many different crock pot recipes so I don't get tired of pot roast! Can you guys help me out???
